Should you not be completely happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund of the cost of the item(s), (this does not include the cost of postage and packaging).

The item(s) must however be returned to Cherry Handbag Organiser™ within 21 days (returns will not be accepted after 21 days) in its original condition complete with all tags and all packaging (including for faulty items), items should also be packaged suitably for return, items that return back damaged will not be refunded and return of these items to the customer will be at the customers cost.

All items dispatched from Cherry Handbag Organiser™ are inspected before dispatch, we will not refund items that have been tampered with, had the tags removed or have been used. We also suggest that you return items via Registered Mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

Lost in transit items from Cherry Handbag Organiser™ will be investigated and claimed for by Cherry Handbag Organiser who will then settle once loss is not in doubt.
